As humans we are creatures that reap what we sow. Whatever we put into our bodies and mind has an affect. Input and Output are intrinsically linked.
Do we live our lives with equal emphasis on input and output? Is this true at all in our places of work? Are we encouraged to do the things that make us feel happy, alive, and energised? Or are we expected to produce, day in and day out, without any thought of our true wellbeing?
Input Creates Output
We have become conditioned by our collective understanding of time and the way that we use it. Weekdays are for working, weekends are for playing. But why? Does this still make any sense? Is it good for us? Are we being the best that we can be?
This week’s podcast is about these ideas – exploring how we can give ourselves the input that we need if we want to reach the next level.
