As these kids say nowadays, "GOOD VIBES ONLY" y'all!    As we are down to single digits away from the start of the Olympic Games in Tokyo, we want to lift up everyone and talk about some of the good things that are happening in the world.  First, Sir Lucious, Lamar, Clyde AND Big League highlight some of the most recent hires that excite them.  There are so many to choose from so please excuse us for anyone not mentioned.  Next, let's chat about the growth of the tiles.  We take a step back and reflect on the growth of our relationships amongst the tiles.  Lastly, as we get ready to send our fearless leader off to another country soon, the guys give their thoughts as to the uniqueness that 2020ne presents those who are involved.    Lamar is up for RAPID FIRE and if you are not entertained....SHEESH! Happy to sit down with Coach Britten Olinger from Montreat College. Britten shares with us his journey from a small cross country only program as an athlete to coaching stops at Eastern Mennonite University and now Montreat College. He has become a top jumps coach in his conference and division really diving in to coaching education and coaching books.

Near the end, Coach shares with us an amazing accident that changed his life and how that has changed his coaching. With the experiences he's been through, you're going to want to listen to the entire story directly from him.

Patti sits down today on the podcast and gives us a verbal tour of the new 200m hydraulic track facility (with an outdoor 400m track facility attached!) in Louisville, Kentucky. She was named the Sports Event Manager/Track and Field Facility Manager a few months ago and brings years of experience as a coach at the high school, club, and collegiate levels to the facility.
