Everyone is at a different place financially in their early-mid 20s, so we wanted to share our journeys with money and savings over the years. We also share some tips for what has worked for us in the past and what we plan to do in the future.

They share their pet peeves about living with each other, how they manage their finances as a couple, practicing mindfulness together and more! Pour yourself a Quarantini and get comfy, this week we are reflecting on all things quarantine! We answer questions like, "What habits have you started or broken during quarantine?" and talk about books and shows we loved while we were at home! 

At this point we know that people are all at different stages, some are still working from home and for some things have gone somewhat back to normal. Whatever stage you might be at, we think it could be super beneficial to think through (or journal about) these questions and maybe chat with a roommate or partner about them. This has all been a lot to handle for virtually everyone, and it's important to check in with yourself and your loved ones now and then!

Hey there, happy Wednesday! Welcome back to another episode of The Girls With The Fruit Tats! This week we are rolling into a topic that relates to last week's episode "Thriving Not Surviving," so if you haven't given that one a listen yet maybe do that first! 

Today we're tackling a big, scary word: overwhelm. 

Why do we get overwhelmed? How can we fight that feeling? How can we be more present and prioritize our time better? In this discussion we realized that acknowledging how you're feeling and asking yourself "What can I control right now?" can be incredibly helpful first steps.

I don't want to give too much away... I'll just let you hear the rest for yourself! We hope you can take some of these tips and apply them into your own life!

Sometimes we can get really caught up in how hard we're working or how tough and weird life is in our early twenties- but what is all the hard work for? This week we dive into what we want for ourselves in the future; moving to new places, finding balance in our lives, and loving what we do for a living. Balance is really the key word for this episode, because while it's important to plan for the future and have long-term goals, it's equally as important to find the positives in the present moment. We hope this week's episode makes you think about your plans for the future and all the things you have to be grateful for in the now. A lot of us are surviving and not thriving in this chapter of our lives, and we want to turn things around ASAP! Have a great week, and happy Wednesday!
