We had a chance to interview the founder of F3, Dredd, and the current F3 nation president Dark Helmet. The focus of this episode is on the Minivan Centurion content that Dredd has recently published in the form of a book and podcast. We talked about the origin of the book and why he felt the need to write about these topics.

We dive deep into radical notions, fat tedism, meteorologist Jim, COVID, and the impact it can have on your life when you choose to hold the middle.
