This past Friday, the United States Supreme Court overturned the famous Roe V. Wade case that legalized abortion in America back in 1973. It was a 6-3 decision in Dobbs v.s. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

This ruling does NOT say "abortion is now illegal in the United States." This ruling simply says that that the people of the United States (through their elected representatives) should be deciding whether or not to allow or regulate abortion. It puts the decision back on the state level, and that's a good thing. It's a long overdue victory for the life of the unborn.

On this episode of The GRIZ Podcast, I'm going to to help you better understand what this historic decision means and also explain what we as Christian men need to better understand about abortion and how to respond to those who hold an opposing view. Many "Christians" are talking about abortion in the wrong way. I saw it all weekend on Facebook. There's a better, more intelligent, and more loving way for us to talk about the issue of abortion that causes people with an opposing view to think and question their views.

When a Christian man looks at porn, in that moment, he has this false idea that no one will ever know ... that he's all alone ... that it's private ... he believes it's his little secret ... but that's not reality. Don't be a pig!

Christian men end up in the pigpen because they choose to do their own thing rather than follow God's clear commands. We have to see past the temporary pleasure of sin to what lies on the other side of it (the painful nasty pigpen). See Luke 15:11-32.

Be careful when life is good my brothers!

The danger of comfort, ease, riches, health, "good times" is that we easily forget God and forsake His commandments. We must constantly guard against this. There will be painful consequences if we don't.

Deuteronomy chapter 8 warns of this.

As Christian men, we know it’s wrong to look at porn. That’s really not our struggle. The real struggle we face is staying motivated to stay the heck away from it. Sexual temptation is everywhere! It’s insane! I know you know what I’m talking about … even social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, etc. … all of those can be major triggers for lust. You just never know what’s going to pop-up.

The temptation to lust pulls at all of us (even pastors, youth pastors, missionaries, Christian counselors, etc.).
