Scott Forsgren was in his 20s when he was struck down with a mysterious medical illness that ultimately turned out to be a combination of Lyme, multiple co-infections, mold, and a host of other issues that sadly are all too common in our toxic world. Dr. Susan Pierce Thompson is a psychology professor with a PhD in Brain and Cognitive Sciences. For sixteen years, she struggled with her relationship with food. She dieted again and again, binged on cookie dough, was clinically depressed, and even turned to illicit drugs for a period of time. In her darkest hours, she would lie in the fetal position and literally pray for her weight issue to be removed. 

That all ended in 2003, when Susan discovered a solution that changed her life. It was not a pill, but rather a commitment to certain "bright lines" that she agreed once and for all never to cross again. In the nearly twenty years since her discovery, Susan has been in what she calls her "right sized body," and has been teaching her bright lines to others, with incredible results. In this conversation, she will be talking about food, addiction, and her Bright Line Eating program.
