This week on The Hidden Workforce Lisa chats with Maggie Bond, Executive Director of Programming and Development for Blessings to Share Foundation. Maggie is a quadruplet, and among her 3 brothers, Tyler and CJ live on the autism spectrum. She says, “They are the heart behind [her] purpose, passion, and advocacy."

As the Executive Director of Programming and Development, Maggie wears many hats in their organization and amongst some of her responsibilities are overseeing and growing club memberships, implementing professionally developed/quality programs, securing community partnerships for programmatic growth/success, and working with their development and fundraising activities. Their inaugural fundraiser is coming up called, "A Concert Under the Stars" to support the work the CARES club is doing. Tune in to learn more about this fun and exciting event!

Colleen is a long-time employment provider and an active board member of the Oklahoma Association of People in Supported Employment (OK-APSE). She hopes OK-APSE will soon become the go-to place for differently-abled job seekers and families to get information and support for vocational training.
