Understand the connection between mindfulness, health and inner peace
Look to see if you have access to apps such as Flora or Headspace to help you leverage technology to help you relax
Last thing before you go to bed, think about what your perfect day looks like and visualise how your day will be structured and what you want to achieve out of the day.
Don’t’ be disappointed if your day doesn’t go to plan. The only two parts of the day you can really control is the very first hour and the very last hour. The bit in the middle – well don’t over fret about it! What will be will be.
Self-discipline will help you focus your actions. If you let others invade your space and place “monkeys” (additional tasks) on your back then there is only one person who can fix that.
Ensure that your daily tasks are helping you to achieve your weekly goal. If you have any tasks that are not contributing towards your goal then ditch, delegate, or delay until you have time to complete the task
Look to prioritise your tasks so that you are focusing on the main actions that is continuing to move you forward
FEAR – False Evidence Appearing Real – normally originates through lack of knowledge. So break the fear down and understand what is the root cause is then ask the right questions to get the knowledge you need to overcome your fears.
Your health, mind and immune system needs to be in tip top condition to be able to function at peak performance so consider guided meditations to relax and focus on your day.
