We can be intentional about how we spend our waiting.

We can use waiting for rest, healing, growth, restoring relationships, hobbies, developing healthy habits and more.

Hebrew word for wait means to be intertwined …your life tied up or in sync with God

We are attuned to Him and what He is doing. We see through a lens of “how is He working in this or in me?”

We pause , reflect, and then go as He nudges.

This is where we find strength those who wait on the Lord He will renew their strength!
