Can you buy an existing practice or do you start from scratch?  Do you build on your parents ministry legacy or create your own.  While I’ll be talking about an existing versus start-up practice, make these words of wisdom your own based on whether or not you are thinking of improving on someone else’s work or creating your own legacy.  There is merit in both.

I remember being in an appointment with a patient who had already been rescheduled more than once. When the nurse knocked on the door, we both knew why.
