On July 4th Americans celebrate Independence day, the day they put pen to paper to gain freedom from British rule. Many of us have been liberated as well, not necessarily from tyranny, or imprisonment of the body, but we have been liberated in our minds, our will, and our emotions. Our soul is free. But we don't always walk in freedom. we’re trapped by worry and fear, depression and rejection, or even the tyranny of overachievement and defining our self worth. The Bible instructs us to walk in our freedom, not to fear or worry. Today be grateful for the freedom you have and make a conscious choice to focus your mind on things that are lvely and true, pure and right, things that are excellent and praise worthy. Celebrate your freedome.
