DISCLAIMER: We are having very open conversations about death in this episode. Please check in with yourself and remember to take care of yourself if this episode brings up big emotions for you. Remember to reach out for support if you are needing it! It feels very important to me to have these conversations about death and start normalizing and destigmatizing communicating openly and honestly about death.
I am so honored to sit down and have a vulnerable, open conversation with Jetta Blaine. Jetta is a certified kambo practitioner, life coach, and yoga instructor. She shares openly about her life experiences and how she has shifted her relationship to death throughout the years.
I truly hope this conversation could provide some peace and offer new supportive perspectives in your life.

Hiii today we are connecting on my 25th birthday (or a week later). My intention is to share my experience of turning 25 and lessons I've learned over the last year.
Sometimes birthdays can feel weird and there are interesting limiting, subconscous beliefs that I am realizing I've held onto. Overall I am sharing candidly my experience of what has been working and what gets to improve in my 25th year.
I would love to hear your reflections and experiences. Feel free to send me a message on Instagram @syd.hewitt
Thanks for being here!! I love you and I will talk to you soon ❤️✨

Hey friends,
Thanks for bein here. Today I'm sharing some vulnerable personal anecdotes and fears I have around love and relationships. This conversation is inspired by a really profound conversation I had with a previous partner and exploring some of the societal expectations I have felt (and perhaps you as well) around what communication is appropriate and with whom....
We explore the idea of creating a story and share about practical tools that can be used in any moment of the day to shift from feeling like a victim to calliing your power back. A really helpful way to root yourself that you are in the drivers seat and you can perceive and interpret one situation in a way that either empowers or disempowers you.
I would love to hear your feedback and stories so feel free to send me a DM on the gram or on tiktok, @syd.hewitt

Hiii on this episode we are chattin it up with Anthony Porter AKA Outdoor Anthony. Maybe you've seen him on social media educating you on how to best survive, thrive and enjoy the natural world. Maybe you've seen him jumpin around on America Ninja Warrior where he makes the most absurd obstacles look easy enough that you could do it too 👀
We get to chat about his childhood, friendships, relationships, some sketchy situations, and have some nice philosophical chats about life / death. Basically all things about the human experience.... pretty fitting 🤪
Definitely check out Anthony on all his social media platforms or learn a bit more about the epic work he is involved in here:

Hi! My intention of this episode is to plant the seed for you to be more aware of your thoughts. How, maybe without realizing it, you may have a set of limiting beliefs and thought patterns that are not serving you.
This is probably the most vulnerable story I've shared so far but I think it nicely highlights both the stories we can falsely create of others and of ourselves.
I hope you leave this episode feeling more compassion for yourself and allow more reflection in your day-to-day life to be mindful of the quality of your inner dialogue.

Hii beautiful being, in this episode I am so grateful to connect with my dear friend Cassandra Cleland. In the first half of the conversation we reflect on a transformational workshop that Cass recently recommended for Syd.
Later on, we dive into the importance of emotional literacy and how the cultures we live in do not educate us on properly feeling and expressing our emotions. Often times we are taught to suppress our emotions and we are here to encourage a new way of boldly feeling your emotions, learning how to communicate and living your life in a conscious, embodied manner.
Thanks so much for your time.
Let's stay connected!!

Hiii - in the spirit of transparency - I used chat GPT to summarize this episode and I think it did a great job so here is what you can expect
~~Syd Hewitt reflects on the challenge of maintaining consistency and dedication to her commitments amidst the chaos of everyday life. She discusses the importance of addressing subconscious beliefs and maintaining a positive perception of oneself to pursue one's dreams. Syd shares her personal journey of overcoming fear of judgment and embracing her interest in spirituality and energy. She emphasizes the significance of being aware of how time is spent and prioritizing activities that foster personal growth and well-being. Syd also discusses her strategies for naturally increasing dopamine levels, such as meditation and short bursts of physical activity. ~~
Gotta love chat GPT 🙃

Hiii this week I'm sharing more about my experience around feeling all the feels and how doing this can set us free from repeating the same situations over and over.
We talk about the difference between intellectualizing your emotions versus actually feeling them and releasing it. And establish practical tools to practice this in your own life.
I am always open to hear feedback! My current instagram is syd.hewitt ((kind of on a break from the gram but if you message me, I'll see it eventually))
I love you. Thanks for bein here and thanks for bein you. You're dope and I appreciate you.

Hi! I am so happy to be releasing this episode. It's been a minute. I feel like I've started overthinking how to come back and wanting to have some structured plan but truthfully, at this point that just isn't where I am at. I am coming back to the pod imperfect, unedited, and as real as I can be.
I feel the world needs less polishing and more raw, real glimpses into the lives of others. Moving forward I will continue to share more regularly so make sure you subscribe so you don't miss out on future episodes.
I love you, thanks for bein here and for bein you.
Talk to you soon
