  • How the World Sees You…

Understanding how the world sees you can make a big difference in how you do business. I know it did for me!

In this episode, I'm sharing my insights on why is so important to not only know ourselves but to know how others see us. I took a test called the Fascinate test developed by Sally Hogshead and it told me a lot of things I didn't know about how to use my values and personality to position myself. I use these strategies even to this day for my content creation and during my conversations with people.

[Tweet ""Finding out who you are is an important part of this self-discovery process. It gives us a lot of insights about how we see the world, but what's also interesting is how the world sees us, which I discovered, is not always the same. We don't always know how people see us." - Sarah Santacroce #gentlemarketing #perception #people"]

In this episode you'll learn more about how the world sees you… as well as:
    • The importance on knowing how the world perceives you
    • The Fascinate test by Sally Hogshead
    • Using the world's perception of you to your advantage
    • And much more!

Understanding Ayurveda can seem overwhelming if you just do a quick Google Search. But fear not! My guest today is Angela Perger and she is simplifying a lot of the concepts that you might have read about so they are easy to understand and apply.

Angela Perger is a certified Ayurvedic chef, Ayurveda health counselor, Yoga teacher and mother of two. She hosts The Simple Ayurveda Podcast where she discusses Ayurveda, motherhood and minimalism. She has a master of science in education and has been practicing Yoga since 2007. Her goal is to share these ancient sciences in simple, everyday ways so that you can be your happiest, healthiest self.

[Tweet ""Each one of us has our own unique karmas, our own unique energies that we're born with. The more that we understand ourselves, then the more we're able to make these diet and lifestyle choices that support who we are as an individual."- Angela Perger #gentlemarketing #ayurveda"]

  • Do Coincidence and Serendipity Have a Place in Business?

Tracey Dobbins joins me on the podcast to discuss whether or not coincidence and serendipity have a place in business. Born in England, and currently living in the beautiful expansive middle of the US, Tracey Dobbins considers herself an adult "why child" endlessly in love with questions.

She almost pursued her love of psychology in college in her 20s, but the art muse spoke louder. Thirty years later after a very successful international art career, a series of serendipitous events occurred. This lead her back to the other true love of her life, human nature, and she became an ICF certified positive psychology coach. She delights in asking, and answering, big questions that all begin with small talk.

In 2018, she founded Master Small Talk to help contemplative businesswomen navigate our extroverted business world by developing their most powerful networking asset…their aligned intuitive voice.

Over the years she began an informal study by asking receptive people she met her favorite cocktail-party question…"what's your dictionary definition of a coincidence?" The responses seem to fit under 5 main umbrellas. People either felt challenged OR drawn like moths to a flame. Heady conversations invite us to step outside of our comfort zone and momentarily grow together.

Research now shows that being curious triggers a part of the brain that is related to reward processing, so for some people it actually feels good to wonder…

[Tweet ""We're used to dealing with head-based decisions but they do not take into account our values and our intuitive side. If you're not factoring that into your decisions, are you really following your own path or are you following something that's been prescribed?" - Tracey Dobbins #gentlemarketing #coincidence #serendipity"]

In this episode you'll learn more about if coincidence and serendipity have a place in business as well as:
    • Tracey's moment of awakening that made her forever curious
    • The five different camps of how people define coincidence
    • The role of intuition in business
    • The role of beautiful questions like these
    • A few of our own serendipity stories

  • A Gentle Business Outlook for 2021

On today's solo episode, I'm sharing my gentle business outlook for 2021. I think it's important to look back on this year and realize how much we've learned from what happened in the world and how it affected each one of us. It's essential we take those lessons into the new year with us as we think about what we want our year to look like. I'm not an astrologer but I'm also sharing the importance of the Jupiter and Saturn conjunction and what that means for us.

[Tweet ""I think going forward is going to be less about individualism. So it's not about me and my wealth, and my legacy or such goals that were the standard until now. It's going to be about the collective and how we make a change together." - Sarah Santacroce #gentlemarketing #gentlebusiness"]

On this episode, you'll learn about my gentle business outlook for 2021 as well as...
    • The importance on the Jupiter and Saturn conjuction
    • Moving into a different kind of cycle as a collective
