It's another day of unprecedented news as COVID-19-related cancellations continue for basically everything. NHL and NBA seasons have been halted, MLB season pushed back, and breaking during this hour, March Madness is canceled. Maybe we can allow seniors who have lost the opportunity to play in th etournament an additional year given the circumstances. We did this last year after the major snow storm and we're doing it again given the circumstances; if you own a local business, let us know twho you are and what you do and we'll give you a shout-out.

We don't normally carry non-sports-related press conferences, but this is obviously a huge deal. Jay Inslee has closed all public schools in the area through April 24th as the COVID-19 story continues to grow. We are trying to talk a little sports today in the midst of all of this madness. Geoff Schwartz joins us to talk about the CBA. What have players learned from this CBA process? We are taking the opportunity to promote small local businesses in this time of chaos. Text us at 49451 if you'd like a mention. March Madness has been cancelled, and Softy reacts.

You've likely heard by now, bu tin case you haven't, Governor Inslee banned all events of 250 people or larger in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties in an attempt to slow the spread of the new coronavirus. It's a move we couldn't have even imagined just two weeks ago, but under the circumstances in which we find ourselves, it makes sense. Some events are cancellled completely, and others will take place without fans in attendance. We run through the latest that we have. Trying to find some sense of normalcy, we talk with Greg Cosell about offensive tackles available in the draft. Breaking News: The NCAA has announced it will go ahead with the tournament, but without fans in attendance.

In case you missed it in the first hour, we run back over all of the plans for all of the sports teams in our area following the ban on all events of more than 250 people in an attempt to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Matt Lorch of Q13 updates us on school closings, and more. Texts are largely unhappy with the event cancellations. Softy weighs in on the events of the day.

Wednesdays at 1:20, Greg Cosell of NFL Films talks all things NFL Draft courtesy of Cascade Ice carbonated sparkling water. Need an energy boost without the sugar, calories, or carbs? Snag a 16 oz can of Cascade Ice with 160 mg of organic caffeine.
