The IED Attack in Iraq That Changed Everything | Jeffrey Mittman, Bosma Enterprises

Listen Later

Today's show is centered around one of the most remarkable journeys I've ever heard, as I sat down with Jeffrey Mittman, President and CEO of Bosma Enterprises.

MSG Mittman is a retired US Army veteran who was severely injured by an improvised explosive device while traveling under a highway overpass in Baghdad during the Iraq War on July 7, 2005.

He shares his miraculous journey from a 22-year military career to becoming a national advocate for people with disabilities and a leader at Bosma Enterprises. He discusses his experiences in the military, the life-changing injuries he sustained from the IED explosion, and his path to recovery and resilience.

MSG Mittman emphasizes the transformative power of opportunity, capability, and the mission of Bosma Enterprises, which provides employment and rehabilitation for blind and visually impaired Hoosiers.
