Our recurring guest co-host Raphaela Browne is back! We continue our discussion regarding "Make One New Thing Happen."
In considering your life, what could happen if you named and voiced one thing that you'd like to happen or change?
Today we ask you to reflect on what are the possible obstacles that might stand in the way between you and the actualization of that thing.
It's a vital concept to lean into, otherwise the thing you'd really love to make happen may forever stay in that elusive "maybe some day it will happen" category.
We are sending you our full belief and camaraderie as you consider what is most meaningful and valuable to you in your life and as you start to put these ideas into action.

I'm so thrilled to have Alison Scott back to continue our conversation from last week on the topic of "success."
In this episode, we focus on what to do when the concept of success feels heavy.
It's not unusual to feel the pressure of expectations or to even think you're failing if you're not hitting certain "milestones."
Today we ask you to reconsider some of those constructs. What would happen if you didn't worry so much about what other people think?
Our hope is that this conversation can catalyze lives that are expressive, expansive, meaningful, contributory - and that reflect everything that is most valuable to you.

I'm so excited to have health and lifestyle coach Alison Scott back on the podcast today!
Today we riff on what "success" means and how your relationship to success can impact your life - positively or not.
In no way do we want to tell you what to think nor impose our own definition of success on to yours, but rather to spark your own contemplations.
I'm so grateful for each of you, as we all open ourselves up to what life might hold and negotiate the ways in which we spend our time and honor these beautiful lives that we get to live.

Is there something in life that you've always wanted to do? Or try? Or say? Or contribute?
Today's invitation is for you to think a little more curiously about your own imaginations for your life.
Instead of keeping things in the "someday" category, what would happen if you brought that dream, passion, creative endeavor or contribution one step closer and into the realm of your reality?
This episode is a prelude to upcoming discussions with our regular guest co-host Raphaela Browne.
Raphaela will be back in the near future to riff with more depth on how to start stepping into the things that YOU would love to do in life.
We will also discuss the nuances of timing, values, the stories we tell ourselves, and more.
I hope that today's episode sparks your dreams, wonderment, bravery, self-compassion, excitement, etc........ who knows where this will lead you.

During one of my most challenging moments, a group of 40 students showed me just how beautiful the human spirit really is.
This memory finds its way into my thoughts quite regularly, and it has really shown me that sometimes the truest, most beautiful versions of ourselves can be found amidst the raw and unplanned moments of humanity.
I will never be able to thank those "kids" for the lessons they taught me.
My hope is that we will continue to find the truest versions of ourselves and each other amidst these beautiful moments of true, unguarded authenticity.

Dan Loney, marriage and family therapist, is back to continue our conversation from last week. This week we focus on why it's so important to really listen to yourself.
We explore this concept, along with why it’s so important, from a variety of inroads, while also honoring the themes of rest and recovery from last week.
We hope that these conversations might spark your own thoughts (we’d love to hear!) and catalyze your own trueness and inner intelligence to come forth.
Dan Loney is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) practicing out of San Diego, California. He specializes in identity work and helping people free themselves from stuck states. Over the past 14 years, he has been committed to developing content to help people connect more deeply to themselves and others, hopefully to be released in 2022. Today Dan Loney, licensed marriage and family therapist, is back on the podcast to riff with me about how vital it is to consider kindness toward yourself when it comes to rest and recovery.
Whether you're experiencing tiredness, an injury, circumstances that require special tending, or any of many other things - it's so easy to lose sight of our needs in the midst of a busy society or the pressures of life.
We hope that this episode will be a sheltered place for you to land as you consider weaving in some rest and recovery when you need it.
Wishing you a beautiful week ahead.

Today I have Daniel Watson back as a Guest Co-Host. He offers his beautiful reflections from a recent watershed moment that he had with his younger self.
Oftentimes, we unconsciously carry the pain of our younger years. These things can manifest in a variety of ways - possibly disguised as resistance, discontent, malaise, unexplainable emotions, and many others.
Daniel's gorgeous share was complex in its simplicity, while also simple in its complexities. All the while, his insights are incredibly beautiful and relatable.
My hope is that you may also find yourself (or your younger self) in this conversation. I know that I did.

Kelsey Delane, a Certified Yoga Therapist and Full Spectrum Doula, brings faceted insights, accessible inroads and beautiful relatability to the rich territory of loving yourself without condition.
Kelsey's shares are marked by notable nuance as she interweaves the concepts of embracing the wholeness of life, understanding the mind/body system, and honoring all that coexists amidst duality.
This is vast territory but shared in very real, understandable, relatable ways - all resonating from her very true heart.
Kelsey is an incredibly beautiful person with whom people find safety and the freedom to be themselves. I hope today's episode will be an invitation for you to do likewise.
I am beyond grateful to have her on the podcast today. It's hard to find words to describe the gorgeousness of her personhood, so please check out her website and information below.
Kelsey Delane Troup (she/her), C-IAYT, E-RYT500
Certified Yoga Therapist & Full Spectrum Doula
Kelsey Delane is a bookworm, an extroverted introvert & a (milk) chocolate-lover raising three daughters while running her heart-centered yoga business. As a distraught college freshman, Kelsey first fell in love with yoga in 2006. Her yoga mat became her solace from chronic anxiety & depression and where she first explored a gentle relationship with herself. Integrating the tools of breath, somatic awareness, and yoga philosophy into her life has shown her the path to a kind of serenity that is not circumstantial. As a Yoga Therapist, Kelsey’s deepest desire is to de-mystify the time-tested wisdom of Yoga and to hold the hand of her students while they explore new ways of being & co-creating with life. She’s committed to cultivating heart-to-heart relationships that remind you how lovable you are in this exact moment, while simultaneously pushing you to grow into an even more whole version of yourself. She believes that the capacity to build these bonds starts with your friendship with yourself, and that it's within the context of these unconditional love bubbles that we can do the work of healing on the level of the body, mind, heart & spirit.
