  • 7: Keep Your Dream Alive

This week, I’m going to ask you to deeply consider all of the things in life that call to you. In your still moments of reflection or in your wild imagination, what are the dreams that won’t let you go? What characteristics, qualities and experiences have been quieted for one reason or another?

We begin to talk about some inroads into exploring these ideas as well as some hopeful pathways for entry and the healing of old wounds.

I also explain how the episodes of this podcast fit together and how breaking the fourth wall of what it means to be human can allow us to see ourselves in each other and find healing and camaraderie.

  • 6: Befriending Your Body: Lessons from an Endometriosis Journey with Jayde Rossi

I am so grateful to Jayde Rossi for sharing her very impactful and touching insights regarding how important it is to befriend our bodies.

Today Jayde and I pull back the curtain on some of the more tender moments that we have experienced within moments of uncertainty and how that then opened us up to understand how remarkable and beautiful our bodies really are.

Jayde desires to bring awareness to endometriosis while she simultaneously communicates a story that is very relatable whether or not you share that diagnosis.

She speaks with a kindness that invites us into territories that are too frequently not talked about - thus affording inroads to understanding the intelligence and beauty of these bodies that we get to live in.

I’m quite sure that her revelations about the body, mind, spirit and soul will leave you greatly encouraged.

If anyone you know is challenged with endometriosis, please feel free to pass this episode along to them.

  • 5: When Self-Worth Issues Sneak Up on You

This episode goes out to everyone who has a solid grasp on their self-esteem and who probably finds it paramount to foster the knowingness of self-worth in those around them.

Yet somehow little things break through that still cause you (often subconsciously) to base your worth on something that likely had its origin rooted in something long ago.

I actually go rogue in the spirit of vulnerability and find myself in a very meta situation mid episode. :)

I join you in this very relatable human condition - as we keep freeing ourselves from the confines of old stories.

  • 4: Is What You Believe About Yourself Really True? with Daniel Watson

Daniel Watson is a writer from the North East of England.

In this episode, he brings a rare blend of intellect, charm, emotion and vulnerability as he so effortlessly embodies the sheer beauty of the human spirit.

Daniel has been deeply pondering and writing about the concept of personal truths. He explains this concept as well as how there can be variances of perception and further posits that the ways in which we see ourselves may not always be true.

He also shares memories of his childhood in a sweetly captivating way and how that has impacted him as an adult.

It's a beautiful episode, and I think his condor will be an invitation into your own.
