I had one of those really hard weeks - where just when you think nothing else could go wrong, something else does.
Even when you know that tough times will pass, sometimes they can really shake you up.
All of this reminded me of the importance of being able to come home, both literally and metaphorically.
That's the topic of this week's episode.
Where do you turn when you feel unsteadied or overwhelmed?
What does home mean to you? And how can we create and nurture places that allow us to feel held, be known and remember what is true?
I hope this week's conversation will welcome you home.

As important and empowering as it is to go after your dreams, it's also so valuable to live your life in the ways that you want to experience it.
Today, I wanted to do a check in to see if there's anything that may, even unknowingly, be stealing your happiness.
I'm not talking about forced positivity or shallow happiness, as I believe that all emotions are valid and to be honored.
This is more about how sometimes unnecessary heaviness could prevent you from enjoying the day as much as you deserve to.

Do you ever find that you're stuck, resistant, avoidant or hesitant to move into something?
It's my belief that there's a fundamental shift that is often quite vital to make in order to feel freer in your decisions and less fearful or guarded in your pursuits.
Too many choices are left unmade, too much art is abandoned and too many things are left unsaid.
I am so passionate about your actualization.
You have my full belief and support.

Today Professor Jody Hironaka-Juteau is back to share her insights on the importance of fun and recreation and how to integrate that into our lives in light of challenges and resistances.
As you join in the discussion, we invite you to be mindful of your narratives around fun and rest.

It can be quite natural for adults to make decisions on behalf of children. Very often, those decisions may be out of necessity or good intention.
Whatever the case, today we invite you to question the impact that those decisions may have had on you?
In many cases, those decisions had a wonderful impact. Today we query if, even unintentionally, any decisions that were made on your behalf might have eclipsed a part of you.
Jody Hironaka is back again with her researched expertise along with her delightful personal anectdotes.
It's our hope that this discussion may spur your reflection and reclamation.
We also believe that these contemplations may help us to show up more thoughtfully in the lives of others too.
