Quinn explains that while providers give bedside care, they also have the overhead of running an office, staff, supplies, and insurance, making it extremely expensive to be a healthcare provider. She emphasizes the importance of having accounts receivable, that is efficient, to keep the doors open and ensure that reimbursement comes in at a later time. The episode highlights the challenges of reimbursement and the role of insurance companies in the process.
