Whether we like it or not, at some point in time, as a HMO landlord, we are going to be the recipient of complaints. It could be from your tenant, your tenant’s parents, the council, the tradesmen, there’s a whole host of people who might be inclined to complain about our products or services to get incentivised. My advice is to make sure you're prepared, and that means having this in your arsenal!
