Marsha Guerrier is a TEDx Speaker, 4x Bestselling Author, Founder and CEO of HerSuiteSpot®, a Certified MWBE and WBENC organization helping small businesses develop their business and marketing plans.  Marsha has held a career in the Financial Service and Financial Technology industries spanning over 30 years working for Fortune 500 and startup firms, helping them increase revenue. Marsha is also the founder and Executive Director of the Yva Jourdan Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the leadership, power, and voices of women and children through our educational programs. 

Marsha holds a Bachelors of Science in Business, Management and Economics. She is a two-time recipient of the State Assembly of New York’s Women of Distinction Award and was recently recognized on the 2022 Empower Role Model lists of 100 Future Leaders Role Model supported by Yahoo Finance, she was also named one of Top 50 Women in Business by the Long Island Business News. Marsha served on the Nassau County Comptroller MWBE Steering Committee.
