One of my Reiki teachers, Frans Stiene, is the author of a book that completely illuminated my practice and understanding of Reiki. The book, The Inner Heart of Reiki: Rediscovering Your True Self, was originally published in 2015, and I had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing Frans about it in 2018.

Today, seven years later, I had the opportunity to sit with Frans again, exploring the brilliance of this book, but this time as his student. I’m honored to celebrate the republishing of The Inner Heart of Reiki: Rediscovering Your True Self, sitting with Frans to laugh and enjoy another conversation about Reiki, while sharing with all of you. International House of Reiki teacher, Frans Stiene, is a renowned Reiki researcher and teacher living in Haarlem, Netherlands, while traveling the world to teach the system of Reiki. 

In addition to The Inner Heart of Reiki: Rediscovering Your True Self, Frans also authored Reiki Insights, and The Way of Reiki: The Inner Teachings of Mikao Usui. He co-wrote The Reiki Sourcebook, Your Reiki Treatment, The Japanese Art of Reiki, and A-Z of Reiki.
