Can you believe it's already December? And, oh, what a year it's been! But fear not, because today we're tackling a topic that's on everyone's mind: the do's and don'ts of holiday weight gain.
Now, I know what you're thinking. "Can I enjoy the holidays without expanding my waistline?" Well, of course, you can! We've got your back, and we're about to unwrap the ultimate gift of guilt-free celebrations.
So whip up a batch of our favorite delicious guilt-free eggnog (recipe below), and let's dive into our top ten do's and don'ts!
1 12 oz can coconut milk, at room temperature
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 to 2 packets Stevia
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. cinnamon
In a blender, combine coconut milk, almond milk, eggs, vanilla, stevia, nutmeg and cinnamon. Blend on high speed until the mixture is frothy.
Chill before serving.
Pour into glasses, and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. Happy holidays!
