Popok reports on Judge Chutkan (Trump's former criminal case judge) keeping alive a case to declare DOGE and Trump's use of it to cut funding, fire workers, shutter agencies, and kill grants, ALL unconstitutional and subject to reversal!

Federal Judges have found the key to get Trump and his DOJ to comply with Court orders: Just order Trump Administration officials and DOJ leaders to testify under oath in court before a judge about the violation of orders, and watch Trump fold!  Popok reports on Judge Quraishi and Chief Judge Schiltz both calling Trump's bluff by ordering his leadership to appear in court and give sworn testimony, and then watch as Trump's DOJ immediately complies to avoid testifying!

Popok reports on the Department of Defense/Pentagon already in likely violation of Judge Friedman's order clearing the way for a free press to operate and report on the Pentagon, by refusing to recognize their constitutional right to press freedom and reporting under the First Amendment, and banning them all outside the Pentagon to a new not yet built outhouse "annex".

Popok reports on someone close to Trump or inside his Administration perhaps using insider information about the Iran War and Trump's announcements, to make hundreds of millions of trades betting oil prices would immediately go down, and stock prices shoot up, less than 15 minutes BEFORE posted that he was in talks to settle with Iran on social media! And just who is going to investigate it? Trump's captured SEC or the House Democrats?

Will there be a majority to the Supreme Court to allow States to give a grace period after Election Day to receive mail in ballots cast before the election but arriving late, to be counted? Popok examines today's oral argument and that it looks like Chief Justice Roberts joined by Amy Coney Barrett may thwart mail in ballots and perhaps undermine early voting as well.

Popok reports on the DOJ being so scared out of its mind about Alina Habba testifying under oath before a federal judge about whether she is violating law by secretly running the NJ US Attorney Office, and after one federal judge threw one of its lawyers out of the court room and another judge threatened to open the jails and toss indictments because of the illegal operation of the office, that they finally folded about who would be the US Attorney.

The Trump Administration has another incompetent at the helm of a major agency responsible for public safety in air travel --Sean Duffy, formerly of Fox and MTV Road Rules -- has been at the helm during a series of airline disasters including one in the last 24 hours in New York, as Trump refuses to spend 1/10 of what he is wasting in Iran on the US public's air safety, by overhauling the antiquated and under funded air safety and traffic control systems and technology.  Popok reports.

Trump, flirting with both a constitutional crisis by threatening again to violate the 22nd Amendment and stay longer than 2 terms, and opening threatening Iran with war crimes by today if they don't surrender the Strait of Harmuz, provide ample grounds that Trump has gone bonkers (a legal term) and needs to be removed by his Cabinet, VP and Congress under the 25th Amendment.  Popok goes into the details.
