In yet another body blow to Trump's efforts to civilly and criminally to go after his Senator and Congressperson critics, Judge Leon has blocked the Defense Department from retaliating against Senator Mark Kelly for participating in a video that told the Troops the truth: You cannot follow a madman's illegal orders. Popok examines Judge Leon's order, filled with Exclamation marks and references to pop culture, to blast the Administration and its refusal to honor true patriots, like Kelly.

In breaking news, Popok reports on a brand new order by Chief Judge Boesberg, declaring that the Trump Administration can "go pound sand" and is now being compelled to give Due Process rights to the 137 men they made "disappear" first to El Salvador and then to Venezuela.

Popok reports on the Trump DOJ being so corrupt and untrustworthy, that it can't even get an appeals court to let it dismiss a total loser appeal !  After the the Trump DOJ sued all 15 federal district judges in Maryland because it didn't like the judges making the DOJ go to court before making a immigrant disappear without due process, and a Trump appointed judge hammered them for doing it, they decided to "declare victory" out of defeat and dismiss their appeal.  Not so fast says the 4th Circuit, you have to go forward with your appeal any way!

Popok reports on Trump's Epstein scandal cover up reaching a fevered pitch today, as (1) Commerce Sec Howard Lutnick is forced to confess under oath to Congress that he has closer business and personal relationship with Epstein than he admitted; 2) a law firm CEO may have "bribed" the Trump Administration not to release the Epstein Files to cover up for his own misdeeds related to Epstein and other rich and powerful, and 3) 6 more men are implicated by Congress review of the unredacted Epstein files.

Popok reports on NY and NJ leaders running back and forth in the last several hours between a federal judge's courtroom and the Second Circuit Court of Appeal to force Trump to turn over $16 billion in funds he is holding hostage, that impacts a tunnel project tied to 20% of the US Economy and thousands of union jobs, and so far the Appeal court is not inclined to let Trump extort NY and NJ to get his name up on another train station or airport.
