A Republican Federal Judge is about to find the Trump Administration and Kari Lake in contempt for violating his injunction requiring Trump to reinstate the Voice of America and its programming immediately. Popok explains how the judge is forcing Kari Lake to sit for a 7 hour deposition, which will be use to dig her own grave at a future "contempt trial".

A Trump appointed Judge took time out of his order blocking Trump's assault on the Maryland Federal Bench, to scold Trump for his unconstitutional attacks on federal judges. Popok reports on Judge Cullen's new order to stop Trump from deporting people to torture chambers in other countries before a Federal Judge can provide due process and oversight.

Trump is dragging the Supreme Court into another constitutional crisis and assault on the stability of our financial system of his own making, with the attempts to "fire" Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook on flimsy allegations raised by a MAGA supporter, of "mortgage fraud". A Federal Judge just blocked the Trump Administration (again) from deporting Abrego Garcia to Uganda or anywhere until she holds a due process evidentiary hearing on his Habeas Corpus Petition, and "absolutely forbid" the Trump Administration from playing another shell game with her with Mr. Garcia.
