Rupert Murdoch and the WSJ just called Trump's bluff and obviously told him if you want Rupert's depo in 2 weeks in the phony Miami defamation case, we want TRUMP's depo the day after! Popok reports on Trump chickening out on his demand for an early Murdoch deposition and now will wait to see if the Court will dismiss the case first!

The Trump DOJ is now just a political campaign arm of Trump and MAGA, having forfeited all right to be seen by the Courts and the Public as a legitimate law enforcement agency representing "The United States of America". Popok looks at two recent moves -- falsely claiming that there is a good faith basis to open a grand jury probe of Democrats about Russia's attempts to get Trump elected, and the DOJ's attempts to illegally get their hands on the holy grail of voter and election integrity-- state voter data.

Ignore the "magical thinking" stock market rally this week; it's just "dip" buying ahead of a predicted crash of 5-15% by September. But keep a close eye on Trump's Tariffs at the heart of Trump-enomics, as he holds countries hostage for ransom, and imposes a price tax on the poor and middle class. Popok explains what we are watching and why it should spell electoral doom for the MAGA republicans on Trump's shrinking coattails.

Will the 50 Texas Democrats who left Texas for Illinois be successful in blocking Texas from adopting congressional maps that eliminate 5 Democratic seats from Texas be successful in their "quorum blocking" or will they be arrested and removed instead. Popok knows and explains it all on his latest hot take.

The DOJ just lied to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal in another immigration appeal they lost, telling the Judges that there is no "3000 a day quota" for arrests set by the White House" when there is. Popok brings the receipts including video evidence that puts a lie to the Trump DOJ's latest court filing, and should lead to the DOJ lawyers being found in contempt and having their bar licenses stripped from them.

The reason that Trump is illegally blocking US Congresspeople from getting into ICE detention facilities requiring them to file a new federal suit to stop it? Popok examines new investigative reporting about Drug Trafficking being conducted in ICE privately-run detention centers by private prison employees, but the Administration turning a blind eye to it because the prison company -- CoreCivic donated millions to Trump's campaign as it seeks to profit even more from human suffering.

AG Pam Bondi just screwed Trump (again) in a new Court filing where she confesses that the Epstein Scandal is of great public importance (undercutting Trump who says "boring" an "nothing to see here") and that her own FBI/DOJ close out memo fueled public demand for the Files!
