The American Bar Association has sued the ENTIRE Trump Administration in a new federal suit aimed at destroying the "Trump Law Firm Intimidation Policy" to destroy the independence of lawyers in America, and you won't believe who is representing the ABA in court! Popok takes a close look at the new federal court case, as the suit tells the terrible tale of major law firms already giving in and gutting their pro bono programs to help disadvantaged and underprivileged people to avoid being the target of Trump's attacks.

Popok explains how the Judge has laid a trap for Trump who walked right into it related to the use of the Marines to make arrests on US soil, and why the Judge's denial will drive Trump off the cliff.

Trump has chickened out again in another TACO moment, demonstrating that he will cave to public pressure and protests, this time abruptly changing deportation and arrest policy to exclude hotel, food and farm workers from immigration raids.
