That time of the week again. The Iron Hour Podcast gathers around technology to bring you the latest on Scunthorpe United. Games that have happened, games in the future. A look at radio interviews from the manager, as we try and delve a little deeper into the happenings around the club.

A certain fan made idiot of the week and also appeared on a t-shirt worn on the pod 🤔 Liverpool were mentioned for moment of the week, but neither time were they the reason why. The people’s princess obviously went for the easy option for Hero, wonder what that could have been 🙄.

Anyway we’ll see you on Saturday and is it possible we can gove Scarborough some sand to take back? 🤔

We’re back, though we’ve never been away. Once again the pod discusses the forth coming fixture, this time against Curzon Ashton. We are joined by Oli (@biddleofnowhere on X) the Curzon Ashton Photographer for over 6 years now. In a break from the normal spy in the camp, he joins for the full pod and gives a good insight in to Curzon and what can be expected against the tightest defence in the league. Having conceded only 21 goals, 7 of those goals conceded in only 2 games. You’ll be surprised who they were against.

We also discuss the victory over Warrington Town FC, another 3 points to the tally. Which sets up for the game on Tuesday where hopefully we can add another 3 points too.

Iron Hour fans and beyond. You may or not be aware that the 4 owners of Scunthorpe United recently appeared at the Iron Trusts AGM. To answer questions from trust members. The trust very kindly shared those minutes with its members and online.

So following the AGM, we decided at the Iron Hour Podcast to reach out to the owners of Scunthorpe United. To ask some follow up questions, delve a little deeper on some of the questions asked and get a mid season review to check in and see where we are. We’re very pleased to say we are joined by two of the owners in Ian Sharp and George Aitkenhead.

An impromptu podcast before the Needham Market game. A chance to look back on another good win over the weekend. As we analyse the victory over South Shields. Good performances by many. we also discuss the mistakes, injuries and once again a late goal conceded. Is that a concern?

We also take a look at the Needham game. Will we be too much for them or will it be a tight game like when we played them away. A dubious penalty decision being the deciding factor. Whatever the outcome after two good victories, 3 points is what we need, dubious penalty or not. With thanks to Drew Kendall joining us for Spy in the Camp.

Also a mention of the owners coming into the DRE as a show of Unity, being one together. With the recent rumours floating round, it was good to see that show of togetherness.
