We heard the numbers on the news. The number of people dying because of illicit drug overdoses in B.C. has gotten so bad, that we already know 2021 has been the deadliest year - and we haven’t even counted the last two months yet.
October was the single-worst month in the province’s history. We learned today that 201 people died from illicit drug overdoses. So that brings the total for the year … so far … to almost 1,800 people dead.
