This music week we will have the legendary voice of Ms. Valerie Watson (English) of the Legendary group "Club Nouveau" who's hits such as "Lean On Me", "Jealousy", "Situation #9", "Why You Treat Me So Bad" amongst others help to re create the way the music was produced & heard, as Club Nouveau was one of the first groups to not only fuse hip hop beats with commercial sounding music they were also the firt group to take an independent record (Rumors) to the #1 position on the billboard R&B charts without the help of a major label or major financial backing. Valerie has been with Club Nouveau since it's origin but also has her own solo career and boasts a degree in mathematics from Stanford University (yes, that Stanford).
