Ok I said it million times already I will say it again, the key to your better more fluffed and more align life is you healing yourself. With help of professionals or people who are a bit ahead of you in healing journey but most importantly with help from yourself. This exercise is an example of how you can do your work and heal yourself. Iy is so good and so helpful I had to share it!
