This week on the Just Believe Podcast, I'll be speaking with Sarah Busby. Sarah is the founder of the Ashley Busby Foundation, a non-profit organization created in the spirit of her daughter, Ashley Busby, focused on providing resources about mental health and sexual abuse. Sarah describes Ashley as a beautiful and talented 19-year-old girl who died by suicide as a result of her battle with PTSD caused by sexual abuse. This tragedy inspired Sarah to become an advocate for youth and young adult mental health and suicide prevention.
