In this episode I discuss why 1200 calories is not a suitable amount for any adult to consume. I discuss the issue of instant gratification vs long term fulfillment. I also discuss how sustainable fat loss is not just about food. What habits and lifestyle changes do we need to put in place to reach our goals while not starving ourselves?

In this episode, I chat a bit about my own health and mental health lately and what I'm doing to try to stay on top of this. I discuss how we seem to confuse the idea of creating space for ourselves as making time and that we think we need to find more time in our already busy week. I offer some practical tips on how to create more space for yourself and why it's so important. Then finally, I talk about how to create the perfect calorie deficit for you, with minimal restriction. I hope you enjoy!
This was a really special moment for me. In this episode I chat to the one and only Bressie. Niall Breslin is an Irish musician, former Gaelic footballer and Leinster rugby player. He is best known as the lead singer of the band the Blizzards.
But these days, Bressie has been focusing his energy on making an incredible difference in the area of mental health. Currently undertaking his PHD, Bressie holds a masters in mindfulness based interventions. He is also the host of the multi award winning podcast 'Where is my mind?'
As well as being a speaker and author, Bressie is the co-founder of the mental health charity 'A Lust for Life', which now focuses very much on early intervention through their schools programme where they are teaching young people the skills to look after their mental health.
In this conversation, we chat about early intervention through his schools program. We chat about how to teach our own kids at home the skills to deal with life's stresses and look after their mental health and we chat about what we can do to safeguard our own mental health.

Ok I am back.... with a fresh mindset and a fresh focus. In this solo episode I share what's been on my mind this week. From being frantically busy, I had dropped the ball a little bit with a few things, which has brought me back to a bit self reflection. I look back on the changes that I have made in my life these past 3 years, how far I've come and what I've learned along the way. I hope you enjoy and can take something from it.

Conversations on health, business and becoming.
This podcast mirrors my own personal growth.
Fitness changed my life. It taught me discipline, helped me believe in myself, and…
I'm still deeply passionate about health and fitness — that part of me isn't going anywhere. But it's time to bring my love of business, personal development, and the inner work of becoming to the forefront. Because the truth is, they were never separate. The woman who shows up for her training is the same woman who builds the business, leads the family, and learns to come home to herself.
Each week, I'll share solo episodes drawn from my qualifications, my coaching experience, and my own lived journey — alongside conversations with guests who've shaped how I think, train, work, and live.
This is a space for the woman who's done chasing the next version of herself and ready to start connecting with who she already is.
Stop chasing. Start connecting.
