Cari Satre was born and raised in Orange County, California. She attended OCSHA the Orange County high school of the arts and then UCLA where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. Cari left California and settled in New York City where her passions shifted and her love for fitness blossomed. She started her couching journey as a group exercise instructor becoming a certified Les Mills and Cycle instructor. However, her continued passion for fitness and body positivity led to her expanding her knowledge becoming a certified Personal Trainer. She started at 24 Hour Fitness MidTown and worked with many smaller boutique gyms in the city. Currently, Cari has returned to Orange County where she is a manager and trainer at OmniSport Fitness in Tustin. Cari continues to expand her knowledge as a personal trainer and is a certified DVRT and Kettlebell Coach. Some of her other certifications include FMS, CFSC, and Precision Nutrition.

Peter Nieman grew up an asthmatic nerd, and then grew out of the asthma but kept being a nerd. He found kettlebells in 2013 and found they meshed well with his dance background. He started bent pressing in 2016 and hasn't stopped looking for perfection since, he is currently training for a 200lb bent press. Robin Taylor is a coach & owner of MVMNT Studio in San Diego, CA.

She has always been passionate about the power physical movement has in our well being. After 2 children the impact of movement became more important & more complicated. The old methods of working out just didn't work anymore and she had periods of inactivity due to injuries. Colleen is an entrepreneur who specializes in helping women build strength, increase their metabolism, and ignite their spark to "find their fierce." And she does all of this through kettlebells. An eating disorder survivor, Colleen owes much of what has helped her overcome adversity in her life to learning the "hardstyle" kettlebell technique.
