Grounded Mama Podcast Launching February 27, 2025!
Do you wake up with the intention of being a patient and present mom only to feel overwhelmed, stressed and depleted no matter what season of motherhood you are in?
Do you seek balance amidst the chaos of daily life?
Do you desire to be a mindful mother but feel guilty trying to find time to reconnect with yourself?
I’m excited you are here! This podcast will help you mother with ease and enjoy life with more energy and peace. You will be able to simplify, slow down, and enjoy that moment of silence and solitude all to yourself!
Hey, I'm Lesley. I am a biblically grounded mom of two boys who was stuck in a season of life that left me exhausted, overstimulated and at my capacity. I was just trying to make it through each day, reacting instead of responding to my boys during times of heightened emotions or triggering circumstances. I realized I did not want to dwell in the missteps of motherhood but instead I wanted to cultivate healthier habits.
That’s when I discovered balance by regulating my nervous system. With practices for emotional regulation, practical shifts to increase mindfulness, and creating space for conscious rest, all with a biblical perspective I am now the intentional mother I desired to be.
On the podcast we are going to talk about all things in motherhood, how to find balance by focusing on your well being and how to feel grounded mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
I hope you find comfort in knowing that you are not alone! Motherhood is a learning experience that I would be honored to walk with you in. Imagine feeling more clear minded, slowing down and truly soaking up the gift of the present moment. Are you ready to join me on this kindred journey of motherhood? Then this podcast is for you!
Okay mama, it's time to feel grounded. Take a deep breath, go put your feet in the grass, and let's dive on in!
