Today I sit down and really get deep into the emotions and share with you a candid reflection on my wellness journey and where it all started. It's a long one, I get really personal and I share stories I've never shared anywhere else before. TRIGGER WARNING: I do discuss disordered eating and body dysmorphia. I get candid on mental health, autoimmune issues, hormones, birth control, digestion problems, toxic relationships, learning to love my body, confidence, my fears, my struggle with exercise and so much more.

Sorry for the audio being up and down, my voice was fried from talking for so long and the rainy weather really brought my overall mood down. I ordered a mic so in a few episodes hopefully the audio quality will improve!
