You need to understand this: Your ultimate success & where it is you want to end up in life is not reliant on one thing or "big win" that completely changes the trajectory of your life. For example if you get into nursing and get your license, that doesn't mean you are guaranteed success and happiness. If you get your real estate license, it doesn't mean you are guaranteed success or that one deal that changes your life and all of the sudden you've made it.

It is the small compound wins that you are making every single day. Doing one thing or 1% better each day over and over is where you are going to see success.

On this episode Blake explains his daily routine that sets him up for success. Getting up at 3:30 AM and going for a run within 10 minutes of being awake is extremely uncomfortable for Blake. Getting comfortable and pushing yourself on a daily basis to do the hard things is where you're going to see the most growth. Everything these days revolves around quick, easy, least resistance, instant gratification, etc. You won't be motivated 100% of the time, and if you're only taking action when you are it will only happen 2-3 times a week. Work to get 1% better every day and love the hard things.
