Eamonn's story is one of true grit. He was A very successful chef before Lock Down, in a very well patronised restaurant; that is till the restaurant was forced to close indefinitely. With this, Eamonn took his skills as a top chef and decided to feed the needy. This is what he does now, going round to those less fortunate than others or can't get out because of Lock Down or illness,  and gives them a home cooked meal.

Yvonne's story is one of true strength and resilience. She tells us how she cared for both her ex-husband and her new partner when they were diagnosed with terminal cancer at the same time - she found herself being the carer for both.  She talks about what she gained from being locked down, having suffered with mental health challenge during the enforced lock down. She came out the other side, with the help of social prescribing, a better person and took more time to take care of her self.

Vic's story of being a local driving instructor who had to completely reinvent himself during Lock Down. First of all he had to find work in a factory and when that ended he got a job with the local council as a Bin Man; a job he enjoyed as he had some pals and comrade to communicate with. His life's philosophy, 'always take time to laugh' .  "If you can't laugh, find someone who can help you laugh".

Victoria tells us how she coped during the Lock Downs and how her nine year old daughter's mental health really struggled as she could not go to school and interact with her friends.  Victoria also reveals how she found love in Lock Down by joining a dating app through loneliness and it all worked out for her.

Colin has worked in charities most of his like and he now works for a carers charity. He spent most of his lockdown in furlough so had time to commute with nature and turn to his passion, poetry. Here he shares his story of Lock Down and he also shares his poetry and how it got him through it.

Roxanne talks openly and honestly about her mental health struggles and challenges and how she dealt with being locked down. Her strength was challenged when she started to develop physical symptoms as well as mental health challenges. At the end of it all she found she had now started to suffer from anxiety as well as all her other issues. An avid online game player, this was her only escape whilst being in Locked Down. Turning to the internet, Roxanne now has an online friend in Sweden and they now refer to each other as sisters. Thank you for being so open Roxanne.

A interesting take on Lock Down. How a busy Chief Executive of a company who looks out for carers managed to take care of herself, her family and, (LONG DISTANCE THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA), also kept Intouch with her 85 year old father during Lock Down having to the decision not to furlough the staff.
