Another great piece of Lock Down Legacy. Sarah's Story. Here Sarah talks about her time in Lock Down and how she mainly took care of her daughter, who has sever depression which was escalated by Lock Down. She tried to pass her time by doing some creative art with sequins but all the time kept a close eye on both her own and her daughters mental health. This is a very open and honest story told by Sarah who main advice was, ''Get out Side and meet People''. Thank you Sarah for being so open and honest.
Another great piece of Lock Down Legacy. This time, Dave writes a letter to himself, telling himself it's all going to be ok. Get dressed and wait for you groceries to be delivered. After he wrote the story he became very emotional and more so when he read it to his wife. Avery moving contribution to The Lock Down Legacy. Thank you Dave for you openness and honesty.
