Before it’s over to ADHD. Our talented friend Noelle wrote a viral piece for The Guardian this week detailing her ADHD diagnosis in her 30s, after years of trying to figure out why she couldn’t live like other humans do. Noelle writes about how ADHD masks itself in women and calls those who suffer from the same symptoms ‘the lost girls.’ We were lucky enough to get her on the pod to discuss how her condition was missed for so long, what the traits are that other women should look out for, and how her life has changed since her diagnosis.
