Can every moment be magical? Elyse and Leandra discuss how the answer to this can be a simple "yes", even when things are hard. A sacred life is about finding meaning in what we do and observe; being intentional in our actions; and creating change for ourselves and our lives: when we acknowledge the sacred moments in our daily lives, even the undesirable, boring, or hurtful experiences, we bring our magic into every moment of our life.

Elyse' course, Manifesting a Spiritual Life takes these concepts further. It is included in the Magick Kitchen Podcast Class Bundle, check it out here: https://cerridwensgrove.teachable.com/courses

In this episode, Elyse and Leandra explain their takes on confusing contradictions we hear in vague spiritual phrases - such as "don't pour from an empty cup" vs. "fill your own cup", or "find a good teacher to manage your spiritual awakening" to "you never need a teacher". We hear all kinds of things about fear and ego, but what does it mean? Join us in discussing the wisdoms (or not) in popular spiritual teachings.

Leandra & Elyse are joined by Damien Echols and Lorri Davis to discuss their new book, "Ritual: An Essential Grimoire." We get into the nature of reality, the importance of breathing, the power of nature, and the experiences of healing and growth that come with ritualizing your life every day.

This conversation was powerful and moving to have, and we hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed meeting Damien and Lorri. Duncan Trussell is definitely right when he says Damien and Lorri are "two of the coolest people you will ever meet"!
