These are tools I didn't know about until coming to Costa Rica and couldn't wait to share them with my listeners!! My corporate day had things like Myers Brigs and Insights however, with the birth 'day', time, place - information it sends you on a totally different level of in-depth information into yourself, who you are, what you're good at and some of it is so accurate it's actually mind blowing to me.
