We've all been there. Flushed face, feeling hot all over, we're talking about that cringe moment. Maybe you texted the wrong person, or called someone by the wrong name, or maybe you just poured an entire drink all over yourself in a crowded restaurant and all eyes are on you.
This episode is dedicated to all those awkward, cringe-worthy, "I want to crawl into a pit and never come out" moments. We feel you. But here's the thing, we all go through embarrassing moments and we're here to say we're with you.
Join us this week as we recount a few of our many blunders and offer tips to shift out of embarrassment.

From our earliest years, friends are an important part of our mental health. Friends can help fill our cup, provide us with a listening ear or just make us laugh until we nearly pee our pants. There are so many types of friends and dynamics of friendships we just had to dedicate an episode to this sweet topic. We talk about why it can be harder to make new friends later in life, what being a good friend might look like, and the grief of losing a friendship.
So take a listen, and maybe share it with a friend. Because we are all about celebrating the power of friendship.

In this episode we get into diet culture, body shaming and how we are actively working to fight the "never good enough" beauty standards we are faced with daily. You don't have to look far before you are served a message about dieting, or how to look more beautiful. It's no wonder we struggle to feel like we are enough. Well, we've had it with this narrative and are pushing back on it.
Join us as we talk about how we navigate healthy eating and physical movement in amongst all the dieting noise.
If you struggle with body image, this is a great episode to listen to and share. Let's talk about it.
