Okay, let's change the fear based conversation around cancer. Cancer (and most dis-eases/diagnosis) do not have to be the end of the world. They can indicate a misalignment in our lives and present us with an opportunity to grow and change our reality. Yes cancer is not a nice thing to be diagnosed with (I have been there) but we have the freedom of choice of how we deal with it. Our minds are so powerful we can change our reality. When we change our own reality we change the collective consciousness.

If you’re with me on this journey of changing the world and helping others (but most importantly ourselves) view life from a place of love not fear then let me know. As a 31 year old woman, in April I took to the skies to embark on my first solo travel journey. I encountered three weeks filled with magic. I went to Bali, Indonesia - a place known for its magical energy and spiritual communities - so I could focus on healing from my cancer journey and further my spiritual awakening. I wasn’t sure if this is what I was going through but now I know I am and there is no going back. There were miracles and lessons which ultimately resulted in a deeper connection with myself and healing on a profound level. Rx

As a long standing young ambassador for the British charity, the Prince’s Trust, I was recently honoured to meet Charlotte Tilbury MBE and the CEO of the beauty brand, Lady Demetra Pinsent. Charlotte has just become the first Ambassador for Enterprise for the charity which is really exciting for the futures of many people starting out in business.

I have met and learned many lessons from some incredible business women on my journey including founder of The White Company, Chrissie Rucker OBE and Annoushka Ducas MBE, founder of Annouska and Links of London (one of my personal, jewellery role models). Charlotte stood out to me because of the important message she had to give us and I had to share it with you.
