Matt & Megan Rollag experienced one of the unthinkable tragedies when they showed up at the hospital to expand their family for the first time. As Megan beautifully states: "Lyla was born sleeping." Reflection on Episode: Rory is a confident individual, especially when it comes to his vision of fitness. We had a couple listeners not love that confidence but clearly lots of our listeners loved it. Joe gave CrossFit the old college try because of this interview however he left the new gym when Rory stepped away as an owner. Rory is onto some very exciting ventures of his own and we are excited to promote the number of initiatives he is involved with.
