Authorities say the man who breached the perimeter of Mar‑a‑Lago with a shotgun and gas canister, Austin Tucker Martin, had no known history of violence or political extremism. According to his cousin, Martin was quiet, inexperienced with firearms, and more interested in golf, even working on a golf course, than anything related to weapons or politics.
