If you're after meat industry enthusiasts, Norman Nesby Jr has passion in spades! Having attended culinary school with the sole focus of working as a butcher, his skills don't stop at just cutting meat. Norman is also the co-founder of Black Butchers United, an organisation that provides resources, education and fellowship for folk from the African Diaspora and  supporters across the world. Adding on to this, he is the co-founder of Butchers Lounge Live, helping to host live conversations with butchers from all over the world.

Moving from country Victoria to the heart of Melbourne city, Troy Wheeler was knocked back from his first place of employment (through no fault of his own) before moving on to Peter Bouchier. He now owns and operates Meatsmith and currently has four stores across Melbourne.
