Rolling along with our Showcase, today’s body parts are brought to you by the more than likely the most popular body parts there are currently :
Glutes, and Calves.
Glutes have become such a monstrous fascination since the inception of bikini, and calves - well, small calves suck. Period.
Glute specific training has not only gotten out of control, but it has been ridiculed to no end.
Calve training seems to so widely varied that no one has a single clue about what just the heck happens, works, or is going on.
Whats worth it? What should you do? Is there anything Austin and Marty can impart to you ?
Of course there is, seeing as both have improved upon both body parts, so don’t throw the towel in yet - there is hope - lots of it.
