Yesterday I was sitting in a coffee shop and overheard a conversation between a marketing agency (sales person) and the owner of the coffee shop. I don't work with local businesses and coffee shops because I feel them paying me would be a waste of their money. Their budget would never justify enough attention from an agency to execute the campaign the way it needs to be done. The sales guy was giving a pitch for services that was SO BAD, I felt the need to put this show together. If you work with food service businesses or know anyone who does, this episode is for you. I give you the 6 things you need to do in order to grow your customer base and drive more foot traffic into your locations.
